Shipping
*Please allow 2-4 days for orders to process and ship
*There is a flat rate $6 shipping fee. Unless $55+ is spent then you will receive free shipping
*I am not responsible for lost packages. Once the package is given to the carrier it is their responsibility to get it to you! If it does get lost in the mail, please contact the mail carrier first!
*I am not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. I package each order with care to ensure nothing comes to you broken. However, if it does come to you damaged, email me at beautifulmooncandleco@gmail.com with a picture of your product and the order number and from there we can discuss you options.
Return Policy
At Beautiful Moon Candle Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer the following
Returns
• I will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Please note: Candles that have been burned or opened are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.
2. Exchanges
• If you receive a damaged or defective candle, I will happily exchange it for a new one. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item.
• To initiate an exchange, please email me with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
3. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4. Non-Returnable Items
• Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used candles or personalized items.
5. Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or damaged items.
